Shipping & Returns
Made on demand
Each piece is produced after you order it, in the fulfilment centre nearest to your delivery address. Production takes 2–5 working days for printed garments and 3–7 for embroidery and cut-and-sew, then shipping time on top. We would rather tell you that plainly than promise next-day delivery on something that does not yet exist.

These are estimates after dispatch, not guarantees, and they exclude the production time above. Shipping is calculated at checkout by destination and order size. You see the exact amount before you pay.
Orders delivered inside the EU are normally produced and dispatched from within the EU, so no import duties or import VAT arise. If an item exceptionally has to be produced outside the EU, import charges set by your own country may apply. Orders delivered outside the EU — including Bosnia and Herzegovina, the UK and Switzerland — may attract import duties or VAT set by your own country, payable by you on delivery. Returns
Thirty days from delivery. The piece must be unworn, unwashed and with its tags attached. Write to us with your order number and we will send return instructions; return postage is paid by you.
If you are in the EU or EEA you also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, set out in full in our Returns & refunds policy.
Because pieces are made individually, we ask that you check the size guide on the product page carefully before ordering — it keeps returns rare, which is what makes made-on-demand work.
Faults
If a piece arrives with a print or construction fault, or is damaged in transit, tell us within 30 days with a photograph and we will remake and reship it at no cost to you. Usually no return shipment is needed. Your statutory rights, including the two-year conformity guarantee if you are in the EU, are unaffected and set out in our Returns & refunds policy.
